For wedding tents, we usually install Thursday and take down Sunday thru
Tuesday, depending on our schedule.
This is at no extra cost to the customer. Installation and take down
is at the discretion of Par-Tee Rentals and can be impacted by weather
conditions.

Notes:
Prices are quoted for grass installation only. For asphalt or crushed stone installations, add an additional 15%.
Customer is responsible to request all "locates" prior to installation. This will ensure that we do not damage phone lines, gas lines, etc. when we are securing our tents. We install 36" to 42" stakes to secure our tents, locates are for your piece of mind and our safety. Please call 1-800-400-2255 for your free locate appointment. (REMEMBER you need to arrange for your locate at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your event)
Customer is responsible for any special permits and easy access to installation site.
50% of rental price is required for a deposit on all bookings. Balance due upon delivery. No exceptions made.
Deposits are forfeited if booking is canceled, or "locates" are not ready on date of installation.
